Tata Trusts is pleased to announce the appointment of Nisha Popli as the new Head of Human Resources.
Nisha brings to the role a wealth of experience, having worked across various sectors and demonstrated a profound ability to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with corporate goals. Tata Trusts welcomes her expertise and looks forward to her leadership in fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
Prior to joining Tata Trusts, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cuemath, where she was instrumental from August 2021 until May 2023. At Cuemath, she led significant HR initiatives that bolstered the company’s culture and optimized compensation strategies.
Before her tenure at Cuemath, Nisha held the position of Head of Human Resources at Moglix from February 2019 to May 2020. In this role, she was responsible for orchestrating HR operations across group companies, managing a comprehensive charter that supported Moglix’s rapid growth and strategic vision.
Additionally, Nisha led the People Office for Small Formats at Future Group India, where she was pivotal in integrating technology and data with HR strategies to enhance business operations from March 2018 to January 2019.
Her earlier roles include significant stints as Global HR Head at The Smart Cube and management positions at KPMG and Grant Thornton, where she refined her skills in HR management and consulting, impacting various global markets.
