With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Balu brings to Nobl Q an exceptional record in global HR leadership, covering significant geographies such as the US, India, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Before joining Nobl Q, Balu held the position of Vice President-HR & Operations at MSys Technologies, where she was instrumental in designing HR functionalities, emphasizing structure, quality, culture, values, and commitment. She played a key role in defining and driving organizational goals, contributing significantly to employee welfare, safety, wellness, and health through various initiatives.
