Seasoned HR leader joins to lead the company’s people strategy and organisational transformation as Onida accelerates its next phase of growth
Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Onida Electronics Limited (BSE: MIRCELECTR), one of India’s most iconic consumer electronics brands, today announced the appointment of Neelam Sanguri as its Chief People Officer. Based in Mumbai, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent agenda, leadership development and organisational transformation initiatives, and will report to the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director.
Neelam brings over 16 years of leadership experience across consumer durables, technology, edu-tech and financial services, with expertise spanning talent strategy, organisational development, culture transformation, employee engagement and leadership development.
Prior to joining Onida, she served as Chief People Officer & Chief Customer Officer at Credilio Financial Technologies, where she established and scaled the company’s people function while supporting rapid business growth. She also served as Director – Talent Transformation at EZScholar Edutech, leading strategic talent initiatives to drive organisational growth and transformation. During her nearly seven-year tenure at BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing, Neelam led learning and development, employee engagement and internal communications while driving leadership development, performance management and organisation wide culture initiatives. She has also held excellent execution roles at HCL Technologies and Altisource Business Solutions, driving people transformation.
She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and was an Expert Resource at the Delhi Management Association.
