In her new position, Pallavi will drive strategic HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational growth as Scimplify expands its global reach across the specialty chemicals sector.
Prior to joining Scimplify, Pallavi Mishra served as a key member of the People and Culture team at Groww, where she was instrumental in enhancing HR operations for technology teams. During her tenure of over three years, Pallavi developed hiring efficiencies and established career pathways for engineering, product, and design teams.
Before Groww, Pallavi was with BlackBuck (Zinka Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) for nearly four years, serving as Senior Business HR Partner and Business HR Partner for technology teams. Her role involved shaping HR strategies for tech teams, improving the employee experience, and managing programs that aligned with business objectives.
Pallavi also worked as an HR Generalist at SmartOwner, where she managed talent acquisition, business partnering, and employee engagement. Her earlier experience includes roles at ICICI Lombard as Manager-HR, where she led talent acquisition and HR business partnering across various regions, handling critical HR operations.
