Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd has appointed Papeeya Sarkhel as Assistant Vice President – HR, strengthening its leadership team during a significant phase of global growth and organizational expansion.
In her new role, Papeeya Sarkhel will spearhead the company’s people growth strategy with a mandate to scale the workforce from 700 to 1,200 employees globally, while further strengthening the organization’s talent and leadership ecosystem. Her responsibilities will include driving leadership hiring, enhancing organizational capability, building scalable high-performance teams, and shaping a future-ready HR function aligned with the company’s accelerated business transformation agenda.
With more than 15 years of expertise in talent acquisition and strategic HR leadership, Papeeya brings extensive experience in scaling GTM, engineering, sales, presales, and technology consulting organizations across global markets.
Prior to joining MPC Cloud Consulting Pvt Ltd, Papeeya Sarkhel spent nearly 15 years with Oracle, where she held multiple progressive leadership positions across talent advisory and strategic hiring functions. Most recently, she served as Principal Talent Advisor – Engineering & GTM (India & SAGE), leading strategic recruitment initiatives across sales, presales, engineering, and technology consulting functions. She partnered closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, strengthen employer branding, elevate candidate experience, and scale high-impact teams supporting Oracle’s consulting and GTM growth strategies.
During her tenure at Oracle, she also served as Senior Talent Advisor – India, Senior Talent Advisor – APAC, and Talent Advisor – APAC, contributing significantly to regional hiring strategies, leadership hiring, and talent transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
Earlier in her career, Papeeya worked with Walkway Communications Private Limited as Practice Manager – Technology Manufacturing, Telecom & Emerging Business, where she specialized in talent acquisition and stakeholder management across telecom, manufacturing, and emerging technology sectors.
She also held leadership hiring responsibilities at Manpower Inc., serving as Delivery Leader – Leadership Hiring: Telecom & Manufacturing. In this role, she led executive and niche hiring mandates across industries and successfully recruited senior leaders including CFOs, CHROs, CIOs, CMOs, Vice Presidents, and Country Heads for major telecom, banking, IT, and manufacturing organizations.
