Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2024 — Parag Dhiman has been named Country Lead – Go To Market Strategy at Crocs India, where he will spearhead strategy planning and execution for Crocs’ digital presence in India, covering both .com and marketplaces. With over a decade of experience in digital strategy, marketing, and business planning across leading global brands, Dhiman is set to drive Crocs’ growth in the Indian market.
Before joining Crocs India, Parag Dhiman served as the Sr. Manager, Digital Strategy Planning & Execution (Emerging Markets) at adidas, leading business strategy for multiple regions, including India, Turkey, Middle East & Africa, and Southeast Asia. During his four-year tenure, he was instrumental in launching digital operations across 15+ countries, along with implementing omnichannel strategies like Ship from Store, Click & Collect, and Endless Aisle.
Prior to adidas, Dhiman held the role of Marketing Manager & E-Commerce Lead for H&M India, where he was part of the core team that launched H&M in India, managing end-to-end marketing strategy, communication, and execution across channels, including Myntra. He also led the launch of the brand’s first 50 stores and drove customer engagement and loyalty programs.
Earlier in his career, Dhiman worked at Titan Company Limited, where he managed marketing strategies for brands like Titan, Fastrack, and Sonata. His tenure there included leading ATL, BTL, and PR activities, and developing customer engagement programs.
Dhiman began his career as a Management Trainee at HDIL, where he managed commercial sales transactions and market research for prime commercial areas in Mumbai.
