Fort Myers, Florida, United States, December 2024 – Paul Kincaid has joined Data2Logistics as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Kincaid will lead the company’s financial strategy, oversee cost management initiatives, and enhance operational efficiencies as the company continues its leadership in supply chain logistics and freight transportation cost savings.
Prior to joining Data2Logistics, Paul Kincaid served as Chief Financial Officer at NetAlly, a private-equity-owned IT hardware company, where he managed finance, accounting, HR, IT, and legal operations, contributing to global sales growth and operational efficiency. Concurrently, he served as an Operational Advisor to StoneCalibre, supporting financial and operational due diligence for acquisitions and managing transitions of newly acquired businesses.
Kincaid’s extensive experience includes running his consultancy, Kincaid Advisors LLC, where he led financial transformations, M&A transitions, and system implementations for several major clients. He also held CFO roles at Freestyle Solutions, iET Solutions, and Connected Corporation, where he achieved key milestones such as successful turnarounds, SaaS transformations, and strategic acquisitions.
Earlier in his career, Kincaid worked as a VP Portfolio Operations at Platinum Equity, managing multi-billion-dollar portfolio transitions, and served in leadership roles at Pilot Software and Marcam. His early career began with auditing and financial management positions at Arthur Andersen and AICorp, Inc.
