Mexico City, Mexico, January 2025 – Penelope Giraud has been named President of Skin Health & Beauty for Asia Pacific and Latin America at Kenvue, the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company. In her new role, Giraud will oversee the growth and development of Kenvue’s iconic skincare and beauty brands across these critical regions, driving innovation and fostering culturally relevant solutions to meet consumer needs.
Giraud brings an impressive career spanning nearly three decades, with significant leadership experience in the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Most recently, she served as CEO of Cerave US at L’Oréal, where she successfully integrated the brand into the company’s portfolio, driving its growth and positioning it as a leader in dermatological skincare. Prior to this, Giraud held various senior roles at L’Oréal, including General Manager of La Roche-Posay USA and Global General Manager for Food Supplements (Inneov), where she demonstrated her ability to lead teams, expand market share, and deliver consumer-centric innovations.
Her journey also includes pivotal roles at Danone and Nestlé, where she honed her expertise in product management and brand growth in the food and beverage sector. This diverse experience equips Giraud with a unique perspective to elevate Kenvue’s presence in the competitive skin health and beauty industry.
