Bangkok, Thailand, May 2025 – Phittida Khongmuak has taken on a new leadership role as Director of People and Organization Excellence at P.S.P. Specialties Public Company Limited (PSP). In this capacity, Phittida will oversee strategic initiatives to elevate organizational effectiveness, enhance talent systems, and embed a culture of high performance across the company’s diverse business operations.
Phittida brings over 15 years of comprehensive HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in organizational development, talent management, and strategic HR business partnering. Prior to joining PSP, she served at Central Restaurants Group in various senior roles, including HR Business Partner Director and Senior Talent & OD Manager, where she contributed to building talent frameworks, leading organizational development programs, and aligning HR initiatives with business outcomes.
Previously, she led talent acquisition and talent management at PTG Energy, where she implemented leadership development programs, high-potential initiatives, and a robust career management system. Her earlier experience includes driving performance management and change initiatives at Osotspa, and serving as OD Specialist and International HRBP at B.Grimm, where she facilitated international HR support and annual strategic planning.
Phittida began her career with YIC Asia Pacific Corporation Limited, focusing on employee training and development. Her consistent contributions across leading Thai organizations have positioned her as a results-driven HR leader capable of fostering transformation and operational excellence.
