Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, December 2024 – Pieralessandro Sbarra has stepped into the role of Head of People Center at Inditex, where he will oversee and drive strategic HR initiatives to enhance talent development, operational efficiency, and employee engagement across the company’s diverse operations in the Netherlands.
Sbarra transitions to this leadership role after serving as People Center Manager NL at Inditex for nearly three years. In this position, he contributed to shaping HR strategies and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Prior to this, Sbarra held the role of HRBP for Germany & Austria at Subdued, where he managed HR operations and initiatives across two countries, enhancing talent management frameworks.

Before joining Subdued, he worked as a Human Resources Manager at Etro, a leading Italian fashion house, where he gained extensive experience in managing HR processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
His early career includes roles at Percassi as a Talent Acquisition Partner, and within Inditex itself, where he served in various HR capacities, including roles with Pull&Bear and Oysho, gaining deep expertise in recruitment, training, and strategic HR projects.
