With a career spanning over two decades, his leadership in supply chain transformation across FMCG, manufacturing, and retail industries has positioned him as a key player in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
Before joining Prismbiz, Periswami served as Head of Supply Chain Management at Wahl Clipper Corporation, where he managed procurement, supplier management, EXIM operations, inventory control, and last-mile delivery for over six years. His ability to integrate digital tools and optimize logistics strategies played a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency. At Cole-Parmer, he held leadership positions for nearly four years, where he redefined warehouse management, vendor partnerships, and international freight operations while overseeing PAN-India distribution centers.
His career also includes impactful roles at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd, where he worked on process enhancement and Six Sigma project implementation, and PepsiCo, where he specialized in product availability management. Additionally, his tenure at Sika India Pvt Ltd saw him leading demand planning, S&OP, imports, and ERP integration to drive seamless supply chain operations. His previous roles at Zicom Electronic Security Systems, Johnson Diversey India Pvt Ltd, and Mahindra Logistics further established his expertise in inventory control, freight management, and strategic procurement.
At Prismbiz, Periswami will be responsible for strengthening supply chain operations, streamlining logistics, and enhancing efficiency across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels. His deep understanding of modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce operations will be instrumental in ensuring that the company meets its growth objectives while maintaining supply chain agility. His appointment is expected to further optimize operations, drive process efficiency, and improve cost management, reinforcing Prismbiz’s commitment to delivering seamless supply chain solutions.
