Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Praveen Zore has been named Senior Director Human Resources at Agiliad, a leading engineering and R&D services company. In this role, Praveen will lead strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management strategies, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization.
Praveen has been with Agiliad for nearly a decade, showcasing a remarkable growth trajectory. Before stepping into his current role, he served as Director Human Resources, where he played a pivotal role in advancing HR operations and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals. His tenure also includes roles such as Senior Manager Human Resources and Operations and Manager Human Resources and Operations, during which he significantly contributed to streamlining HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
Prior to joining Agiliad, Praveen worked at IGATE as Deputy Manager – Human Resource Management, where he managed diverse HR functions and supported organizational growth. His career began at Mphasis, where he honed his expertise in HR operations as an Analyst Human Resource, followed by roles at Avaya India Pvt Ltd and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an HR trainee, gaining foundational experience in the field.
