Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2024 – Priya Sunil Srinivasan has joined Plum as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (Vice President, People Success). With a rich background in human resources and people management, Priya brings valuable expertise to Plum, aiming to foster a thriving workplace culture where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered.
Priya’s most recent role was at The/Nudge Institute, where she served as Head of People & Culture for over three years. In this capacity, she was instrumental in driving presentations, organization skills, communication, and team performance. Her leadership in aligning people strategies with organizational goals significantly contributed to the institute’s success.
Prior to her time at The/Nudge Institute, Priya worked at Ashoka University as the Assistant Director, Outreach. Here, she excelled in stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and people management, enhancing the university’s outreach programs and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Before Ashoka University, Priya was a Consultant in Human Resources at The Akanksha Foundation. Despite her short tenure, she made significant contributions to volunteer management, corporate CSR programs, and staff recruitment, showcasing her ability to deliver impactful HR solutions quickly.
Earlier in her career, Priya held various roles at Teach For India, including Regional Head of Partnerships, Outreach, and Recruitment. She developed strategies for corporate engagement, mentored a team of recruiters, and implemented sourcing strategies for working professionals. Her efforts in stakeholder management and collaboration with fundraising teams were pivotal in securing combined wins for the organization.
