Priya Thakur Singh brings over two decades of extensive experience in human resources leadership. Prior to joining Pepe Jeans, she served as Head HR at Tim Hortons India, where she successfully led HR operations for the brand’s expansion across India. Her contributions included workforce planning, talent acquisition, and establishing a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.
Previously, she was the Group Head HR at Innoterra, where she played a key role in designing and implementing integrated talent management frameworks and driving organizational transformation. Priya’s leadership ensured seamless transitions during organizational restructuring and enhanced employee morale and retention through robust change management initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes her tenure as Director HR at JW Marriott, where she spearheaded engagement surveys, rolled out leadership development programs, and achieved notable accolades such as the HR Person of the Year 2018 award. Her efforts also led to a significant reduction in attrition rates and recognition of the hotel as a “Great Manager” organization.
Priya has also held leadership roles at CignaTTK Health Insurance, Pidilite Industries, and Essar Group, demonstrating her expertise in international HR operations, policy development, and employee engagement. Her career reflects a commitment to strategic HR innovation and people-centric leadership.
