Zurich, Switzerland, April 2026 – Hitachi Energy has announced the appointment of Priyanka Bhagat as Head of Investor Relations, strengthening its focus on transparent communication, investor engagement, and long-term value creation as the company advances its leadership in the global energy transition.
In her new role, Priyanka Bhagat will lead investor relations strategy, working closely with stakeholders to enhance financial communication, disclosure practices, and investor confidence. Her appointment aligns with Hitachi Energy’s commitment to building strong relationships with the investor community while driving sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Hitachi Energy, Priyanka Bhagat served as Account Director – Investor Relations and IPO at Adfactors PR, where she worked on strategic investor communications and IPO-related advisory, supporting organizations in strengthening market positioning and stakeholder engagement.
She also held a role as Manager – Deals at PwC India, gaining exposure to transaction advisory, financial strategy, and investor-focused analysis, further strengthening her expertise in corporate finance and capital markets.
A significant part of her career was with the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, where she spent over a decade as Investor Relations Officer, playing a key role in enhancing market capitalization, developing investor communication strategies, and driving analyst engagement and compliance frameworks.
During her tenure, she also led ESG and sustainability initiatives, integrating green building and sustainability practices into investor programs—demonstrating her ability to align financial strategy with long-term environmental and governance priorities.
With a strong foundation in finance and investor relations, complemented by an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, Priyanka Bhagat brings a well-rounded perspective on capital markets, ESG integration, and stakeholder communication.
