Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2024 – Priyesh H. Parameswaran has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer at UBI Services Ltd (UBISL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Union Bank of India. In this capacity, Priyesh will spearhead UBISL’s business development initiatives, focusing on expanding its financial solutions and distribution services. His extensive experience in banking and finance positions him as a pivotal leader in driving UBISL’s growth trajectory.
Priyesh joins UBISL after over four years at SBI Securities, where he held multiple leadership roles. As Assistant Vice President, he oversaw strategic initiatives and team development. Before that, as Senior Regional Head, he played a key role in enhancing business strategies and client relationships, leveraging his expertise in banking and sales management.
Prior to SBI Securities, Priyesh was a Deputy General Manager at Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, where he drove significant business growth and team performance. His leadership skills were honed further during his tenure at IIFL (India Infoline Group) as an Associate Vice President, managing key business and compliance operations.
In earlier roles, Priyesh served in senior management positions across financial institutions such as DHFL, Aditya Birla Finance Limited, and Axis Bank, focusing on mortgage lending, team leadership, and client acquisition strategies. His career began in sales management with stints at GE Money and CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, where he cultivated his skills in team building and financial solutions.
