New York, United States, July 2026 — Publicis Sapient, a technology company that provides enterprise AI platforms and services, today announced Rahul Dubey as North America Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Rahul will lead Publicis Sapient’s North America growth team and cross-industry business development efforts to drive sales innovation and expand opportunities across the region. His appointment comes as Publicis Sapient accelerates its people + products model — pairing the firm’s AI platforms with deep client expertise to deliver faster, differentiated outcomes at enterprise scale. Dubey will be based in New York and will report into Publicis Sapient CEO Nigel Vaz.
Dubey joins Publicis Sapient from Persistent Systems, where he served as Chief Growth Officer and built an entirely new hunting engine that significantly outperformed targets, returned the BFSI business unit to strong growth, and opened new channels across Private Equity, CPG, Retail, and High Tech. During his tenure, he onboarded a portfolio of marquee new logos while reigniting large deals.
Previous roles include senior commercial leadership at Mphasis, where he built the New Customer Acquisition Unit from the ground up and significantly exceeded revenue targets, and at Xoriant, where he owned a large financial services P&L and led the turnaround of major accounts to renewed growth. He is passionate about building high-performing sales teams, scaling new logo acquisition, and unlocking growth in complex, matrixed enterprise accounts. His proven track record of hunting, account expansion, and commercial discipline is a powerful complement to the Publicis Sapient team.
