Dallas, Texas, United States, July 2026 — PwC has promoted Sridhar Ramachandran to Managing Director, recognizing his extensive leadership in enterprise transformation and Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting. In his expanded role, he will continue to lead large-scale transformation programs, helping organizations unlock business value through Workday-enabled change while strengthening executive client relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
With nearly three decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, consulting, and digital transformation, Sridhar has built a distinguished career leading complex global programs across Human Capital Management, Finance, and Supply Chain. His expertise combines business strategy, technology leadership, enterprise architecture, systems integration, program delivery, and talent development, enabling organizations to successfully execute business-critical transformation initiatives.
Since joining PwC in 2019 as Director, Sridhar has played a pivotal role in advising global organizations on large-scale SaaS HCM implementations, specializing in Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, and PeopleSoft. He has led technology workstreams covering integrations, data conversion, reporting, automation, and enterprise transformation while guiding clients through end-to-end cloud adoption strategies. His work has consistently focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through disciplined execution, collaborative leadership, and innovation.
Before PwC, Sridhar held leadership positions at Accenture, where he served as Associate Director and previously led the India Delivery Center Workday Practice. During his tenure, he provided strategic direction for Workday consulting teams, led global implementation programs, and drove operational excellence across delivery organizations. Earlier, he spent several years leading Workday HCM implementations, PeopleSoft consulting engagements, and enterprise technology projects supporting multinational organizations across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.
Earlier in his career, Sridhar held senior consulting and technology roles with the Inter-American Development Bank, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Adi Solutions Inc., RadioCosm Inc., and Cable Corporation of India, building deep expertise in enterprise applications, HR technology, systems integration, and business process transformation.
As Managing Director, Sridhar will continue partnering with C-suite leaders to shape enterprise transformation strategies, expand PwC’s Human Capital consulting capabilities, mentor future leaders, and help organizations realize long-term value from cloud-based business transformation programs.
