Pune, Maharashtra, India – November 2024 – Rahul Kumar Savita has joined Praj Industries as Assistant Vice President-HR, Talent Center of Excellence Leader. In this role, Rahul will lead the company’s Talent Center of Excellence, driving initiatives for talent development and strategic HR practices that align with Praj’s commitment to innovation and sustainability across its global operations.
Before joining Praj Industries, Rahul was AVP- Talent Consulting at KNOLSKAPE. Over his year-long tenure, he led talent strategy and consulting initiatives remotely from Hyderabad, leveraging executive coaching and teamwork to support talent transformation.
Prior to that, Rahul served as Head of Learning and Development (Senior Manager) at Legato Health Technologies for six months. He was responsible for formulating L&D strategies, enhancing skill development, and aligning learning programs with organizational goals.
Rahul also spent seven years with Deloitte Consulting in various HR roles. Initially, he held a pivotal position in Human Capital Research & Sensing, providing insights on leadership, career development, and succession planning. Later, he took on a leadership role within the Development Center of Excellence, designing impactful leadership programs and implementing technology-driven innovations in learning.
Earlier in his career, Rahul was Senior Manager at Samsung Electronics, where he managed L&D strategies, ensured compliance with corporate training mandates, and supported Samsung’s R&D operations in Bangalore. His tenure with Dell Technologies as Learning Lead for the Talent Development Center of Excellence saw him working on talent development programs, leadership training, and virtual training initiatives.
