With over 18 years of experience in recruitment, project management, and talent strategy, Rajeev will lead Espire Infolabs’ global talent acquisition function, focusing on building a scalable and high-impact recruitment ecosystem driven by innovation, technology, and strong employer branding.
In his new role, Rajeev will spearhead initiatives to align hiring practices with organizational goals, strengthen talent pipelines across geographies, and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability. His mandate also includes elevating the company’s employer brand and ensuring a future-ready workforce aligned with Espire’s global growth vision.
Prior to joining Espire Infolabs, Rajeev served as Associate Director at Evalueserve, where he led global recruitment strategies, implemented HR ERP systems, and managed cross-functional teams. Over a decade at Evalueserve, he rose through the ranks from Manager to Associate Director, playing a key role in building recruitment technology frameworks and talent strategy.
Rajeev’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Guavus, GlobalLogic, Smart Chip Limited/Syscom Corporation – A Morpho Company, and Best Infosystems Ltd. At these organizations, he was instrumental in designing recruitment processes, implementing social hiring practices, and managing large-scale hiring drives for global clients. His career highlights include multiple awards for recruitment excellence, pioneering automation in HR processes, and consistently achieving high closure rates across projects.
Known for his expertise in global talent management, process optimization, and change management, Rajeev is set to transform Espire Infolabs’ Talent Acquisition Group into a technology-driven, innovation-led function that delivers strategic workforce capabilities worldwide.
