Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2026 – AFPL Forgings has announced the appointment of Rajmohan P. Sharma as Head – HR & Administration, strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues its growth trajectory in high-precision manufacturing.
With over 25 years of extensive experience in Human Resources and Administration, Rajmohan P. Sharma brings deep expertise in building people-centric organizations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and driving operational excellence. In his new role, he will lead end-to-end HR and administrative functions, aligning people strategies with business goals while ensuring efficient plant operations and a high-performance culture.
Prior to joining AFPL Forgings, Rajmohan P. Sharma served as Vice President – HR & Administration at Sona Machinery Limited, where he led HR strategy and administrative functions, contributing to organizational growth and workforce management.
Before that, he was Group General Manager – HR & Admin (SAARC Region) at Sugam Group, where he managed regional HR operations and played a key role in strengthening organizational capabilities across geographies.
He also spent nearly a decade with Nippon Express Group, holding multiple leadership roles including AGM HRD and Senior Manager HR & Administration, where he handled large-scale workforce management, employee engagement programs, and facility operations, particularly for blue-collar and logistics workforce environments.
Earlier in his career, he worked with organizations such as AAM Foundation and International Youth Centre, where he built foundational expertise in HR management, employee welfare, compliance, and administrative systems, contributing to organizational development initiatives.
With a strong background across manufacturing, logistics, and social sector organizations, Rajmohan P. Sharma brings a well-rounded leadership perspective in HR and administration.
He holds an MBA in HR & Finance from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, equipping him with a strong foundation in both people management and business strategy.
