Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Rajshekhar G Sindhanakera has started a new role as VAP Head – India Business at Endurance Technologies Ltd.. In this position, he will lead the India business for the VAP vertical, supporting the company’s focus on technology-led growth, supplier excellence, and value creation across its automotive operations.
Rajshekhar brings with him close to two decades of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development. Prior to joining Endurance Technologies, he spent nearly 18 years at Bosch Limited, where he served as Senior Lead Strategic Sourcing Manager. During his long tenure at Bosch, he was deeply involved in supplier development initiatives and strategic sourcing programs, contributing to operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and long-term supplier partnerships.
At Endurance Technologies, Rajshekhar is expected to leverage his extensive background in sourcing strategy and supplier management to strengthen the VAP business in India, aligning with the company’s mission of being a preferred end-to-end partner to OEMs across design, manufacturing, and after-sales service.
