Lehi, Utah, United States, June 2026 — Ramonica Haskins-Emerson has joined Kuali, Inc. as Senior Director Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership, business partnering, employee engagement, and organizational development across the technology, manufacturing, life sciences, and commercial real estate sectors.
In her new role, Haskins-Emerson will lead strategic human resources initiatives at Kuali, supporting talent development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and people-focused business strategies. Her appointment comes as the company continues to advance its mission of accelerating digital transformation across higher education institutions through innovative technology solutions.
Prior to joining Kuali, Haskins-Emerson served as Senior People Experience Business Partner at PowerSchool, where she spent more than three and a half years partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational growth, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness. Her contributions helped strengthen people programs designed to support both employees and organizational objectives in a remote-first environment.
Before PowerSchool, she held the position of Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Hubbell Industrial Controls, Inc., where she provided strategic HR leadership and partnered with management teams to support workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, and business transformation initiatives. Her ability to align people strategies with operational goals contributed to organizational success during her tenure.
Earlier in her career, Haskins-Emerson spent five years with Thermo Fisher Scientific as Senior Human Resources Analyst / Business Partner, gaining valuable experience in talent management, performance development, employee relations, and HR operations. She also served as a Senior Administrator at General Growth Properties, where she developed a strong foundation in administration, operations, and organizational support. With nearly two decades of professional experience, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her new leadership role at Kuali.
