Al Jizah, Egypt, April 2025 – Rasha Fayez has stepped into a new leadership role as Head of HR, Middle East & Africa at Huhtamaki, a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions. In her new position, Rasha will lead HR strategy and operations across the MEA region, driving organizational development, talent initiatives, and employee engagement aligned with Huhtamaki’s core values of Care, Dare, and Deliver.
Prior to this promotion, Rasha Fayez served as Human Resources Manager at Huhtamaki for over six years, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and driving talent management strategies across Egypt. Her tenure at Huhtamaki showcased her ability to align HR functions with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Before joining Huhtamaki, Rasha worked at Taghleef Industries as Assistant Manager Human Resources for nearly six years. There, she led a variety of core HR functions, including recruitment, training needs analysis, payroll, visa processes, and employee relations. Her efforts were instrumental in establishing structured HR processes and improving employee satisfaction across the organization.
Her early career began at Transocean, where she held the role of Administrative Assistant for over six years, gaining hands-on experience in corporate administration, travel coordination, and operational support. This foundational experience gave her a deep understanding of organizational operations and employee servicing.
