In his new position, Ratheesh is responsible for aligning INEL’s quality strategy with business performance, sustainability objectives, and evolving customer expectations. His appointment reflects INEL’s commitment to strengthening its leadership in the automotive components and electrical systems domain through best-in-class quality governance and process excellence.
With nearly two decades of experience in quality leadership, Ratheesh has built a distinguished career spanning leading automotive and manufacturing organizations such as MAHLE, Sundram Fasteners, Sona Comstar, and Rane Brake Lining Limited. A Six Sigma Black Belt and practitioner of TQM, Deming principles, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001, EMS, and OHS systems, he has consistently driven quality transformation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across complex manufacturing ecosystems.
Ratheesh’s deep expertise in end-to-end quality management, supplier development, and continuous improvement frameworks makes him well-positioned to lead INEL’s quality function during a period of rapid innovation and transition within the automotive and EV sectors.
