Mehra, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has played a critical role in shaping Uno Minda’s growth trajectory since joining the company in 1995. He most recently served as Deputy Managing Director & CEO – Electronics & Control Systems Domain, where he led innovation and operational transformation in the domain of smart mobility solutions. Before that, he held the position of Executive Director & CEO for over 26 years, contributing immensely to Uno Minda’s rise as a global player in the automotive components industry.

This strategic shift also includes the transition of Nirmal Kumar Minda to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will focus on guiding the company’s strategic direction and mentoring future leadership. Additionally, Uno Minda has bolstered its Board of Directors by onboarding prominent industry experts, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable growth and global leadership.
