New Delhi, India, May 2026 – SYSTRA India has announced the appointment of Renu Bohra as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), further strengthening its leadership team as the organization continues to expand its role in shaping the future of mobility and infrastructure.
Renu Bohra brings extensive expertise in people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, culture building, and HR transformation across multi-country operations. Throughout her leadership journey, she has driven large-scale people transformation initiatives, strengthened leadership capabilities, enabled inclusive workplace cultures, and aligned HR strategies with business growth and operational excellence.
At SYSTRA India, she will play a key role in advancing the organization’s people agenda, leadership development strategy, and future-ready workforce capabilities to support the company’s continued expansion in transport infrastructure and mobility solutions.
Prior to joining SYSTRA India, Renu Bohra served as CHRO at National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), where she led strategic HR initiatives and organizational transformation efforts across the business.
Before that, she spent over 13 years with DB Schenker, holding several senior HR leadership positions including Chief People Officer, Senior Director HR, and Director Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a significant role in driving high-performance cultures, capability development, organization design, employee engagement, and large-scale HR transformation initiatives supporting the company’s growth across India operations.
Earlier in her career, Renu held leadership HR roles at Blue Star Limited, where she served as Deputy General Manager HR (North India & East India), managing HR operations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and regional people strategies.
She also worked with HSCC (India) Limited as Deputy Manager HR, and with Bharat Aluminium Company Limited as Assistant Manager HR, contributing to talent management, change management, and HR operations.
Renu began her professional journey with National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), where she served as Management Trainee / Junior HR Manager, building foundational expertise in HR management and industrial relations.
