Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 2024 – Renu Dalani has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition – MENA at Nestlé. In her new role, she will oversee talent acquisition strategies for the MENA region, ensuring the recruitment of top talent to meet the company’s growing needs. Renu will be responsible for driving employer branding initiatives and enhancing recruitment processes across the region.
Prior to joining Nestlé, Renu was an Executive Search Consultant based in the United Arab Emirates, where she provided recruitment services for startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations, specializing in global talent acquisition for diverse sectors, including technology.
Before that, Renu served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Kasha Global, Inc.. During her time there, she successfully led the recruitment strategies for a remote team, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline for Kasha’s expansion in the MENA region.
Renu’s extensive recruitment experience also includes her role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Mumzworld & Pharmaciaty. Over nearly five years, she led recruitment and culture-related initiatives, building policies and procedures, and sourcing talent from across the globe to meet the company’s unique requirements in the UAE.
Her earlier experience includes a tenure as a Managing Consultant at Quest Search & Selection, where she focused on APAC and MENA growth, assisting clients with executive searches and market mapping for the retail and e-commerce sectors.
Renu began her recruitment career at Zebra Strategic Outsource Solutions, where she worked as the Practice Leader for the Consumer, Luxury, and Retail sectors across Greater China and Southeast Asia, managing high-level recruitment for various industries.
