Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Riddhi Dutta has joined Veefin as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), bringing more than two decades of experience in banking technology, digital transformation, enterprise software sales, and business growth across Asia-Pacific, India, and the Middle East.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Riddhi will spearhead Veefin’s global growth strategy, strengthen customer and partner engagement, and support the company’s continued expansion across international markets. His appointment comes at a pivotal stage in Veefin’s growth journey as it continues to scale its digital lending and supply chain finance technology solutions globally.
Prior to joining Veefin, Riddhi spent nearly seven years with Backbase, most recently serving as Vice President – Asia. In this role, he led business growth across ASEAN and South Asia, building and scaling a high-performing regional go-to-market organization. Under his leadership, the business achieved tenfold growth in annual recurring revenue, significantly expanded its customer base, and earned multiple regional performance recognitions. He played a key role in helping financial institutions accelerate their digital banking transformation initiatives across some of the world’s fastest-growing banking markets.
Before Backbase, Riddhi served as Associate Director, Sales – Finacle at Infosys, where he was responsible for business development, sales, and account management across South Asia and Southeast Asia. During his tenure, he successfully expanded Finacle’s footprint in strategic markets and played an instrumental role in securing major cloud-hosted core banking transformation engagements.
Earlier, he worked as Senior Sales Manager – Strategic Accounts, Asia Pacific at Fintellix Solutions, where he focused on delivering analytics and risk management solutions to leading financial institutions across the region.
His professional journey also includes leadership positions with ITC Infotech, Kofax, and HCL Technologies, where he drove banking technology, treasury, capital markets, regulatory reporting, payments, and digital transformation solution sales across multiple international markets.
At the beginning of his career, Riddhi worked with IBM as a Consultant – Strategy & Change, advising organizations on business transformation and value creation initiatives. He also completed a leadership internship with GE Corporate and started his technology career as a Software Engineer at Infosys, working within the banking and capital markets domain.
Throughout his career, Riddhi has developed deep expertise in banking technology, enterprise software sales, digital transformation, customer engagement, strategic account management, revenue growth, and market expansion. His proven track record of building high-growth businesses and helping financial institutions modernize their operations positions him strongly to lead Veefin’s next phase of global expansion.
