With extensive experience in learning and organizational development, Ritesh will lead the company’s talent development strategies, focusing on enhancing employee competencies and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.
Ritesh’s career journey has been marked by leadership roles in top pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, he served as Senior GM and Lead L&OD at Indoco Remedies Ltd. in Mumbai, where he was responsible for developing and implementing L&D strategies, optimizing learning experiences, and measuring the ROI of learning initiatives. He introduced innovative learning systems and processes that significantly aligned talent development with the company’s goals over a 9-year tenure.
Before his role at Indoco Remedies, Ritesh was associated with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Manager – Sales Training. In this role, he managed sales training programs, focusing on knowledge and skill enhancement for the sales teams across the Mumbai area, demonstrating a commitment to improving sales effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, Ritesh worked at Pfizer in multiple roles, including Field Training Manager and Field Manager, where he focused on developing field teams through targeted training programs and hands-on coaching across regions like Jaipur and Patna.
