New Delhi, India, May 2026 — Ritesh Singhi has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer – Utility at AMPIN Energy Transition, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it accelerates its role in India’s clean energy transition.
In his new role, Ritesh will lead the utility-scale business, driving operational excellence, large-scale project execution, and strategic growth across AMPIN’s expanding renewable energy portfolio.
Prior to joining AMPIN Energy Transition, Ritesh served as Chief Operating Officer at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, where he contributed to operational leadership and business growth initiatives.
He also held leadership roles in the renewable energy sector, including Vice President & Country Manager at Cleantech Solar, where he drove expansion and execution across solar projects.
Earlier, Ritesh served as Chief Operating Officer at Amp Energy India, where he led end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects, including site selection, engineering, procurement, and operations, while managing large engineering teams and delivering high-performance assets.
He also spent over seven years at CleanMax as Chief Procurement Officer, where he executed over 1,100 MW of solar and wind projects across India and international markets, building strong procurement and project execution capabilities.
His earlier career includes senior procurement and engineering roles at organizations such as Mahindra Susten, Essar, and Reliance Industries Limited, where he developed deep expertise in large-scale project procurement, engineering, and execution.
With over two decades of experience across renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, Ritesh brings strong capabilities in utility-scale project development, procurement strategy, engineering excellence, and operational leadership. His appointment reflects AMPIN’s commitment to scaling its utility business and strengthening its execution capabilities in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
