Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Rithika Sundaram has been appointed as Director – Global Talent Development at InMobi Group, where she will lead initiatives to shape talent strategy, leadership development, and global learning programs across the company’s diverse businesses. In her new role, Rithika is poised to drive high-impact, future-ready workforce capabilities and culture transformation efforts across InMobi’s global operations.
Prior to this, Rithika served as Director – Human Resources at Glance, an InMobi-owned subsidiary, where she played a critical role in driving HR strategy, leadership development, and people enablement across the organization. Her contributions were key to enhancing talent engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining Glance, she was Associate Director of Human Resources at Zeta, where she supported organizational growth through strategic HR partnership, leadership coaching, and performance management. Her efforts helped shape Zeta’s evolving people practices during a phase of rapid expansion.
Earlier in her career, Rithika held multiple senior HRBP roles at InMobi, partnering closely with technology, product, and platform teams. Her work spanned workforce planning, change management, high-potential programs, and employee engagement strategies. She also worked in consulting roles at EY, Aon Consulting, and as an independent HR advisor, contributing to complex projects in rewards, performance, competencies, and culture for clients across sectors.
