Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2025 – Ritika Singh has joined Pristyn Care as Lead HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner). In this pivotal role, Ritika is spearheading the HR charter for Pristyn Care’s own hospitals, with a dedicated focus on talent, culture, and operational excellence to support the organization’s ambitious growth and patient-centric mission.

Prior to joining Pristyn Care, Ritika Singh served at Ecom Express Limited for nearly five years, advancing through key roles including Regional Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Lead. At Ecom Express, she led HR for the North region—spanning six states and managing a workforce of approximately 6,000 employees with a 25-member HR team. Ritika was responsible for HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and driving process excellence, further overseeing strategic HR initiatives for the corporate office and sales, operations, and support functions nationwide.

Earlier in her career, Ritika was Human Resources Manager at KlinicApp.com, where she played a critical role in building HR systems and practices for a growing healthcare startup. She also contributed as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at TRUGEN Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, and as Human Resources Associate at Magnon eg+, gaining exposure to diverse aspects of HR management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Ritika began her professional journey with internships at afaqs! and Dainik Jagran, where she honed her skills in HR operations and talent engagement, laying a strong foundation for her future leadership roles.

She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Development from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
