Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Rituraj Mohanty has joined Xeedo Technologies as Head of Talent Acquisition, bringing with him over two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, and strategic recruitment across global technology and consulting organizations.
In his new role, Rituraj will lead Xeedo’s talent acquisition strategy, focusing on scaling the company’s engineering and technology workforce across domains including semiconductors, embedded systems, cloud, AI, and software development. He will collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring teams to design agile, data-driven recruitment frameworks that enhance both hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Before joining Xeedo Technologies, Rituraj served as Business Head at Million IQ Solutions, where he was responsible for business development, client acquisition, P&L management, and talent delivery. During his tenure, he played a key role in aligning workforce strategies with client objectives, ensuring scalability and performance in high-growth environments.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Calsoft, where he led technical recruitment and executive search, and at Mindteck, where he served as US Talent Acquisition Lead. At Mindteck, Rituraj built the global technology hiring practice from the ground up, managing recruitment across the US, UK, and Europe, and implementing advanced ATS and AI-enabled sourcing frameworks to improve hiring metrics.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions at Caiex Global, NSI Software India, HMS Systems, and Hewlett-Packard, where he developed deep expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational capability building. His early experience with World Health Organization and Om Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. strengthened his foundation in HR operations, compliance, and large-scale workforce administration.
Rituraj’s extensive cross-functional experience in both corporate HR leadership and strategic recruitment delivery positions him as a key enabler in Xeedo Technologies’ ongoing expansion and digital transformation journey. His focus on innovation, performance, and relationship-building aligns seamlessly with Xeedo’s mission to deliver high-quality, client-driven technology solutions.
