In her new role, Rocio will lead people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation initiatives to strengthen the company’s high-performance culture and accelerate business growth across its North American operations.
Before joining Flō Networks, Rocio served as Vice President of Human Resources at Electrical Components International (ECI) for seven years, where she was responsible for HR operations across Mexico, the United States, and Canada, managing a workforce of over 26,000 employees. Reporting directly to the President for North America, she led several transformation programs, including the company’s first global engagement survey achieving 90% participation, talent development initiatives, and change management frameworks that enhanced productivity, retention, and employee engagement.
Earlier, Rocio spent over a decade with Lexmark International, where she served as Human Resources Director for Latin America, overseeing HR operations across nine countries. During her tenure, she successfully integrated multiple acquisitions, redesigned compensation structures that boosted retention and revenue growth, and implemented engagement programs that achieved a 97% employee satisfaction rate. Her earlier role as Human Resources Manager at Lexmark International Mexico saw her leading HR strategy for seven manufacturing sites, significantly reducing turnover and enhancing workplace safety.
Prior to Lexmark, Rocio held HR leadership positions at Columbus Industries Inc., where she established two cross-border operations in the U.S. and Mexico, and at Fasco Motors, where she managed HR functions for over 2,000 employees, overseeing labor relations, compliance, and workforce development programs. Her proven ability to align business objectives with human capital priorities has consistently delivered measurable improvements in engagement, efficiency, and organizational performance.
