New York, United States, January 2026 — Rokisha Lewis has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Leah, marking a major leadership milestone in her multi-year journey of building the organization’s global people infrastructure. In her expanded role, Lewis will lead enterprise-wide human capital strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation as Leah continues its rapid global expansion in AI-driven enterprise automation.
Over the past nearly six years at Leah, Lewis has been a central architect of the company’s people ecosystem through multiple phases of international scaling and platform evolution. Prior to her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she led global HR governance, talent acquisition frameworks, leadership capability building, workforce planning, and culture integration across North America, EMEA, APAC and the Middle East. Earlier, she held successive leadership roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of HR for North America and EMEA, establishing regional HR operating models, compliance structures, and leadership pipelines that supported Leah’s transition into a globally distributed AI enterprise.
Before joining Leah, Lewis spent over six years at OrderDynamics (Tecsys Europe) as Human Resources Manager, where she managed HR operations, workforce planning, compliance frameworks, and organizational development initiatives supporting technology teams across North America.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly twelve years at TransGroup Worldwide Logistics, where she progressed through senior commercial and quality leadership roles, building deep operational, people, and compliance management expertise in logistics and global supply chain environments.
