Greater London, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Rose Duignan has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Lazard. In her new role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, oversee talent development programs, and drive employee engagement strategies to support the firm’s workforce and organizational goals.
Prior to this promotion, Rose played a crucial role as Graduate Recruitment & European Training and Development Lead at Lazard for over six years, where she was instrumental in attracting and developing top-tier talent across the firm’s European markets.

Before joining Lazard, she worked at Citi as an EMEA Graduate Recruiter for Investment Banking & Private Banking, where she focused on early career talent acquisition and development. Her previous experience includes a role as Marketing and Events Specialist at UBS, where she managed recruitment-related events and branding for the Junior Talent team.
Earlier in her career, Rose gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry, working in roles at The Berkeley, Maybourne Hotel Group, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, focusing on event management, sales, and customer experience. She also completed an industrial placement at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, further strengthening her expertise in operations and team coordination.
