Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2026 — Rubix Data Sciences has promoted Tushar Bhaskar to the role of President. In his expanded leadership position, he will continue to drive the company’s strategic growth, strengthen its market presence, and lead business initiatives focused on credit risk, supply chain intelligence, compliance solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
With over 20 years of experience across business leadership, risk management, financial services, and enterprise solutions, Tushar Bhaskar has built a distinguished career leading high-growth businesses and helping organizations make informed credit and risk decisions. Prior to his elevation, he served as Chief Business Officer at Rubix Data Sciences, where he spearheaded business expansion, customer growth, and strategic initiatives across the company’s portfolio of risk intelligence and analytics solutions. Earlier, he served as Director, playing a pivotal role in strengthening Rubix’s commercial strategy and market positioning.
Before joining Rubix Data Sciences, Tushar was Assistant Vice President at Equifax India, where he led strategic initiatives in credit information and analytics. Prior to that, he spent more than eight years with Dun & Bradstreet India, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Head – Credit, Supply Chain & Compliance Solutions, Regional Manager – West, North & East, Regional Manager – North & East, Unit Manager – Risk Management Solutions, and Manager – Risk Management Solutions. During this period, he developed deep expertise in credit risk management, supply chain risk, compliance solutions, business development, and enterprise sales.
Earlier in his career, Tushar worked as a Consultant at Ernst & Young, advising organizations on risk management and operational improvement initiatives. He also completed a Summer Internship with D. E. Shaw & Co., focusing on financial research and equity analysis. He began his professional journey with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, where he progressed from Graduate Trainee to Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing Group, gaining valuable experience in corporate insurance, client acquisition, business development, and key account management.
Tushar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Delhi University, providing a strong academic foundation for his extensive leadership experience in financial services and risk management.
With his proven expertise in business strategy, credit intelligence, risk analytics, and enterprise growth, Tushar is well positioned to lead Rubix Data Sciences through its next phase of innovation and expansion.
