Singapore, April 2026 – Ruchika Pal has taken on a new role as Group Chief Talent Officer at Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its global talent and transformation agenda.
In this role, Ruchika will lead global talent strategy, drive transformation and change initiatives, and build future-ready leadership and capability frameworks, supporting GAR’s growth across international markets and its commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Prior to joining Golden Agri-Resources (GAR), Ruchika served as Group Head – HR at Apollo Tyres Ltd, where she led the global corporate HR function, overseeing key areas such as talent management, learning & development, performance management, global rewards, mobility, and HR technology implementation. Her leadership contributed to multiple global recognitions in learning and rewards innovation.
Earlier, she founded Talent Root Consulting LLP, where she delivered high-impact HR consulting engagements across global markets, focusing on organization design, global rewards strategy, workforce planning, and HR transformation.
She also spent over a decade with Mercer India, where she held several leadership roles including Principal – Careers and regional leadership positions, driving strategic HR consulting, compensation design, global mobility frameworks, and M&A integration projects across multiple geographies.
In the earlier phase of her career, she held HR leadership roles at Apollo Tyres and DS Group, building strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and performance management systems.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, further strengthening her foundation in strategic HR leadership.
With over two decades of experience across consulting, manufacturing, and global enterprises, Ruchika brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organizational transformation, global rewards, and leadership development, positioning her to drive GAR’s talent agenda at scale.
