Before joining Simera, Saad worked at Concentrix as a Recruitment Coordinator, managing business communications and data analysis. He also held the role of Project Manager at Nine Steps in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he managed high-volume recruitment needs and successful project delivery, and led focus groups.

Saad’s earlier experience includes working as a Deputy Manager of Operations at TRUGYM LTD in Plymouth, United Kingdom, where he led several teams within the health and fitness facility and managed marketing and coaching staff. His responsibilities included risk management, providing monthly reports, and maintaining business relationships.
