London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Sam Hall has been named the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Hogarth, a global leader in creative production. In this role, Sam will lead talent acquisition strategies and operations, driving innovative recruitment practices to attract top talent across Hogarth’s global network spanning 35 cities. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and a passion for creating opportunities, Sam is set to make a significant impact at Hogarth.
Sam joins Hogarth after an impressive tenure at Omnicom Health Group, where he spent over seven years in various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition (UK & Europe), managing recruitment for several leading agencies and building a robust talent acquisition strategy. Prior to this, as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Sam spearheaded hiring efforts for campus, experienced, and freelance professionals across Europe.

Before Omnicom, Sam worked at Just Eat, where he was a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on marketing, finance, and business intelligence. He supported the company’s rapid growth following its IPO, contributing to its position as a leading global brand in the online food delivery space.
Earlier in his career, Sam honed his recruitment skills at firms like Energize Recruitment Solutions, Randstad CPE, and Signum, gaining expertise in sourcing talent for various industries, including digital marketing, construction, and accountancy.
