New York, United States, May 2025 – Samantha Algieri has stepped into the role of Head of People Operations and Office Management at The Ryl Company™, a trailblazing brand in the functional beverage industry. In this newly expanded role, Samantha will lead the company’s people operations and workplace culture strategies, overseeing everything from talent development and HR compliance to optimizing office experiences that reflect Ryl’s mission to deliver health-driven innovation.
Prior to this appointment, Samantha served as Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Nisivoccia CPAs, where she led strategic hiring initiatives, employee engagement, and professional development programs for over two years. Her contributions were integral in enhancing internal capabilities and shaping the firm’s employer brand.
Before her time at Nisivoccia, Samantha worked as a Recruiter/HR Generalist at VCNY Home, managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance. Earlier, she held a long-term role as Employment Recruiter at Atlantic Scale Company, Inc., where she drove full-cycle hiring strategies across the organization.
Samantha holds a Ph.D. in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from Capella University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, equipping her with a strong foundation in human behavior and workplace psychology—skills that are highly relevant to her people-first approach.
