Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Sandeep Prakash has taken on the role of Managing Director, India at Proximus Group, marking a new chapter in his extensive leadership journey. In this capacity, Sandeep will lead the organization’s strategic and operational growth initiatives, oversee all functions in India, and play a crucial role in building a world-class Global Capability Center (GCC) that will anchor Proximus’ global ambitions from the Indian subcontinent.
Prior to this appointment, Sandeep was a key figure at mobtexting, where he served as Member Board of Directors and Country Manager – India. His leadership was instrumental in shaping strategy and expanding the company’s footprint, contributing to significant growth and transformation over nearly three years.
Sandeep’s professional journey also includes a role as VP, Head – Strategic Sales & Customer Success at CData Software India, where he was responsible for driving client success and managing strategic sales for the technology business. Before that, as Senior Director, Head of Enterprise Accounts at Razorpay, Sandeep played a pivotal role in managing enterprise customer relationships and accelerating business outcomes in the dynamic fintech sector.
Earlier, Sandeep made his mark as the Founder & Farmer in Chief at YouGrowCulture, as General Manager & VP APAC Business at Quaero (now part of CSG), and as VP – Global Sales, Marketing & Partnerships at Twixor. His experience spans leading high-performance teams, launching new ventures, and delivering transformative results across tech, SaaS, and customer experience domains.
Throughout his career, Sandeep has demonstrated strengths in strategy, team leadership, regulatory compliance, financial planning, and country management, consistently driving organizations towards market leadership and sustainable growth.
