Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Sandeep Sinha has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Third Wave Coffee, bringing with him nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across India and the Middle East. In his new role, Sandeep will focus on strengthening human capital strategies, driving organizational growth, and cultivating a culture of excellence for the fast-growing coffee QSR brand.
Prior to this appointment, Sandeep served as Head of Human Resources at Spencer’s Retail, where he partnered with the CEO and promoters to drive business turnaround strategies. He led cost-saving programs that directly contributed to EBITDA growth, pioneered the Quick Commerce channel, and introduced innovative digital learning modules to scale workforce capabilities. He also developed a robust talent management framework, revamped performance management systems, and designed new HR policies that enhanced the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
Before Spencer’s, he spent almost a decade with the Landmark Group in Dubai, where he rose to the role of Head of HR – Lifestyle. Overseeing operations across six countries, 160 stores, and a workforce of more than 3,000 employees, Sandeep played a pivotal role in managing diverse HR functions. His portfolio spanned talent management, leadership development, performance systems, organizational design, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Earlier, Sandeep worked with Domino’s India, where he supported over 600 stores and 20,000 employees nationwide as part of the corporate HR team. His experience covered succession management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, employer branding, and CSR initiatives, positioning Domino’s as one of India’s most employee-engaged workplaces.
He began his career at ICICI Bank, where he gained foundational expertise in data analysis and operational efficiency, diagnosing customer pain points and recommending process enhancements to strengthen service delivery.
Sandeep holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Management Education Research Institute (MERI), New Delhi, and is currently pursuing the Emerging CHRO program at XLRI Jamshedpur. His consistent track record of aligning people strategies with business goals makes him a valuable addition to Third Wave Coffee’s leadership team.
