San Diego, California, United States, October 2024 – Sandra Lee has joined Enlaza Therapeutics as Vice President, Head of Human Resources, bringing her extensive experience in talent management and organization development to the innovative biotech company. In her new role, Sandra will lead HR strategy and operations, helping Enlaza scale its workforce as it continues to pioneer novel covalent biologics through its proprietary War-Lock™ platform.
Prior to joining Enlaza Therapeutics, Sandra served as Head of People & Culture, Global Informatics at Genentech, where she spent 5 years leading HR efforts across five countries, supporting critical operations from early research to commercial activities.
Before Genentech, she held the role of VP of Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness & Communications at Natera, where she led HR initiatives during the company’s rapid post-IPO growth.
Sandra also spent 7 years at McKesson, where she held leadership positions, including Head of Talent Management & Organization Effectiveness, overseeing HR strategy for McKesson’s $124 billion pharmaceutical distribution business, corporate functions, and international operations.
Earlier in her career, Sandra worked as HR Director, Global R&D & Global Talent Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, managing HR for a $1.2 billion biotech business during a period of rapid growth and acquisitions.
