With a rich background in talent inclusion and organizational development, Sandy brings extensive leadership experience to GLAAD, where he will drive human resources strategies and promote an inclusive culture within the organization.

Sandy spent over eight years at Yahoo as the Vice President of Talent Inclusion, where he spearheaded initiatives that significantly increased executive recruitment and diversity efforts. He was instrumental in building a strong organizational culture by driving diversity and inclusion strategies that enhanced the company’s overall talent management framework.
In earlier roles, Sandy worked with Disney/ABC as the VP of Recruiting, leading the recruitment strategy across the Disney ABC TV group and making significant strides in staffing senior-level positions, particularly in diversity hiring. Additionally, he held executive HR positions at Linden Lab/Second Life and Real Networks, where he played a key role in expanding talent acquisition and leadership development programs.
