SAP Appoints Verena Siow as Regional President for Asia Pacific

Singapore, July 2026 — SAP has announced the appointment of Verena Siow as Regional President, Asia Pacific (APAC), effective immediately. Based in Singapore, she will lead SAP’s business across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on driving customer success, accelerating business transformation, and helping organizations realize the full value of their SAP solutions.

Announcing the appointment, Manos Raptopoulos, Global President Customer Success, Europe, APAC, Middle East, and Africa, said, “Our business is fuelled by accelerated AI innovation, underpinned by our purpose, our people, and our partnerships. Verena brings deep regional expertise, focus on customer success, and exceptional leadership to this important growth market.”

As Regional President for Asia Pacific, Verena Siow will oversee SAP’s regional growth strategy, strengthen customer relationships, accelerate cloud adoption, and support enterprises across Asia Pacific in their digital and AI-driven transformation journeys.

Prior to her appointment, Verena Siow served as Business Suite Leader, Asia Pacific, where she drove cloud growth and led the end-to-end customer value journey across the region. Earlier, she served as President and Managing Director, Southeast Asia, leading SAP’s business across one of its fastest-growing markets. Over her 15-year career at SAP, she has held several senior leadership positions, contributing significantly to the company’s regional growth and customer success initiatives.

Before joining SAP, Siow built extensive leadership experience across the technology sector, bringing nearly three decades of industry expertise spanning enterprise technology, cloud transformation, digital innovation, and customer engagement.

Commenting on her appointment, Verena Siow said, “It’s a pivotal time to take the reins at SAP Asia Pacific. Our vision for the Autonomous Enterprise connecting data, processes, and people seamlessly, is delivering real outcomes for customers as they reinvent their businesses for the AI era.”

With her extensive experience in enterprise technology and regional leadership, Verena Siow is expected to further strengthen SAP’s presence across Asia Pacific, accelerate AI-powered business transformation, deepen customer partnerships, and support organizations in adopting intelligent cloud technologies to drive long-term growth.
