London, United Kingdom, September 2024 — Sara Bartlett has been appointed as the Head of People Shared Services at Ocado Group. In this role, Sara will oversee the strategic management and operational delivery of shared services within Ocado’s people function, enhancing HR service efficiency and improving employee experience across the organization.
Sara has been with Ocado Group for the past seven months. Prior to stepping into her new role, she served as the People Shared Services Manager, where she played a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes and ensuring smooth service delivery for employees.
Before joining Ocado, Sara held several roles at Costa Coffee. She started as a Global People Operations Manager, focusing on right-to-work compliance and HR management across multiple regions. Later, she took on the role of Reward Partner, where she implemented key reward strategies and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational improvements.
Prior to Costa Coffee, Sara spent over a decade at Deloitte UK, where she worked as an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and fostering employee engagement across the organization.
