Pune, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — OpenGov Inc., a global leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments in the U.S., has announced the appointment of Sarabjeet Singh as Senior Director – HR. In this role, Sarabjeet will lead the HR function for OpenGov India, driving people strategy, culture initiatives, and organizational growth while aligning India’s talent priorities with OpenGov’s global mission.
At OpenGov, Sarabjeet partners closely with the company’s global HR leadership to strengthen capability across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Support, GTM, and G&A functions. His work focuses on nurturing an inclusive and high-performing workplace, advancing leadership development, and supporting business scalability across the company’s India operations.
Before joining OpenGov Inc., Sarabjeet served as Global Head of People, Culture, and India Site Lead at Helpshift, a Keywords Technology company, where he played a pivotal role in global HR leadership, M&A initiatives, and talent transformation. He led key programs in organizational design, leadership development, and employee engagement, ensuring seamless cultural integration post-acquisition.
Earlier, at CloudMoyo, he drove HR and Talent Acquisition for both India and the U.S., contributing significantly to the company’s rapid expansion from 210 to 600 employees. During his tenure at GS Lab, Sarabjeet led talent management and learning initiatives for a 1,200-member workforce, creating a sustainable talent pipeline and shaping long-term organizational planning. His earlier roles at Calsoft, Cross Country Healthcare, and Infosys helped refine his expertise in HR business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, and people development.
An alumnus of Wharton Executive Education’s C-Suite Leaders Program and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) with an MBA in Human Resources, Sarabjeet brings over 15 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, talent transformation, and organizational development. His appointment marks a strategic step for OpenGov Inc. as it continues to scale its India operations and enhance global talent collaboration.
