Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, May 2026 – Sarah Steers has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at COMLUX AMERICA LLC, bringing extensive experience in human capital strategy, organizational leadership, employee engagement, talent management, and operational excellence across aviation, manufacturing, banking, healthcare, and motorsports sectors.
Returning to the aviation industry, Sarah Steers highlighted her enthusiasm for contributing to an industry defined by precision, craftsmanship, accountability, and a commitment to quality. At Comlux America, she will focus on strengthening organizational culture, scaling high-performance teams, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s next phase of growth and operational excellence.
Prior to joining COMLUX AMERICA LLC, Sarah Steers served as Executive Vice President Human Resources at Chip Ganassi Racing, where she led strategic HR initiatives supporting high-performance teams in the competitive motorsports industry.
Before that, she spent more than five years with Escalade Sports, holding leadership roles including Vice President Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she led strategic HR direction across multiple global offices, drove organizational restructuring initiatives, strengthened leadership and wellness culture programs, and helped foster a high-performance workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Earlier, Sarah worked with Town and Country Bank as Vice President, Human Resources and Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, contributing to talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR leadership initiatives.
She also gained valuable aviation-sector experience with StandardAero, where she served as Human Resource Manager and additionally took on responsibilities as Interim Facility Manager, supporting operations across maintenance and paint hangar facilities while partnering with senior leadership on workforce and organizational matters.
Earlier in her career, Sarah held learning and development roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), where she developed global learning strategies and leadership coaching programs. She also worked with Decatur Memorial Hospital in employee relations and recruitment leadership functions, as well as in recruitment-focused roles with ADM and Bachrach Men’s Clothing.
Sarah Steers earned her MBA from University of Southern Indiana.
